23.09.2026: NO EARPLUGS X MUSIKKONTORENE: WORKSHOP IN OSLO, WEDNESDAY, 30TH SEPTEMBER 2026
I am very excited about collaborating with Musikkontorene in Oslo to host a workshop on booking and international touring next week! The workshop is free, but you have to register. We already have almost 20 people registered – musicians, managers and other booking agents! I will be doing a presentation in English, and we will have time for Q&A session (bot English and Norwegian, if necessary). Come as you are and let’s discuss the current challenges in booking sector and organizing tours.
We will cover how to build tours from the ground up, approach venues and festivals, and create meaningful connections that open opportunities abroad. The session also addresses key challenges in today’s live sector, including financial sustainability, environmental impact, and collaborative touring practices.

17.08.2026: ØKSE featured in Rewire Reflections Zine 2026
Savannah Harris and Mette Rasmussen has been interviewed for the Rewire Reflections Zine 2026. This year’s Rewire Reflections invited aspiring and early-career critics, writers, and researchers to join an intensive writing workshop led by María Mazzanti (editor, writer, architect, and educator specialising in editorial practices and publishing cultures), and to create a zine that was launched on the last day of the festival. Participants were given the opportunity to interview artists and speakers or to reflect upon the festival’s music, context and film programme, whether in traditional reviews, discursive essays or more experimental, playful forms of the writer’s own invention. A limited edition of copies of the zine were distributed during the festival, but for those who didn’t manage to get one, enjoy reading the zine via the link below.
